In collaboration with Earth Day last week, the Eco Council planned two days of activities. Children were invited to attend school wearing blues and greens. There was no charge for this but we let parents know that if they wanted to give a donation they could. We impressively raised £92. The Eco Council decided that they wanted to send the money to Team Seas, a charity that for every £ donated, a pound of plastic will be removed from the ocean. We are very excited that we have made such a big difference to the oceans, we hope to encourage more to donate to this good cause so our planet wins over plastic pollution.
